abstract
مقدمه: مطالعات اخیر نقش فاکتورهای روان شناختی در ایجاد پپتیک اولسر را مطرح کرده است که مهمترین این فاکتورها استرس میباشد. طبق نظریه کلونینجر شخصیت از دو بعد سرشت و منش تشکیل شده است.. هدف از مطالعه بررسی ارتباط میان صفات شخصیتی و بروز بیماری پپتیک اولسر می باشد. روش اجرا : این مطالعه به روش مشاهدهای – تحلیلی و از نوع مورد-شاهدی می باشد. که بر روی100 فرد مبتلا به پپتیک اولسر و 100 فرد غیر مبتلا (سالم) انجام شد. اطلاعات با استفاده از پرسشنامه استاندارد سرشت و منش 125 جمع آوری شد و سپس اطلاعات در محیط نرم افزاری 17 spss مورد تجزیه و تحلیل آماری قرار گرفت. نتایج: در مقایسه بعد سرشت شخصیت، در نمره پاداش خواهی، اجتناب از آسیب، نوجویی و پایداری در دو گروه افراد مبتلا به پپتیک اولسر و افراد سالم با 05/0< p.value، تفاوتی دیده نشد. همچنین در بعد منش نمره خود اعتلا بخشی، خودراهبری و همکاری در هر دو گروه افراد مبتلا به پپتیک اولسر و افراد سالم تفاوتی نداشت. نتیجه گیری: طبق این مطالعه رابطه مشخص و معناداری بین فاکتورهای سرشت و منش و بروز بیماری پپتیک اولسر دیده نشد. کلید واژه ها : شخصیت، سرشت، منش، پپتیک اولسر، کلونینجر
